Access, Use & Reuse

Overview

The sixth step of the data curation lifecycle (DCC) refers to the measures that enable data access and re-use of the data provided. On the one hand, the measures to be taken are intended to ensure that the stored research data is as easily accessible as possible for subsequent users. On the other hand, it may also be necessary to establish strict access controls and authentication procedures when it comes to sensitive research data.

All curation-specific information can be found in the article collection “Data Curation”, while RDM notes for advising researchers can be found under “RDM Consultation”.
