Tips & Checklists

Checklist

For managing data receipt, you can use the following questions as a guide:

Who are the participants of the research project from which the data originates?
Which organization or individual is responsible for the project?
What is the estimated size of the dataset?
In which file formats will the data be provided? What data formats are used?
What types of data were used or generated? (e.g., observational data, survey data, video interviews, etc.)
How were data collected or created? (e.g., which instruments, technologies, and methods are used?)
